If you want your piano rebuilt from the ground up, I am not your man. I have neither the resources, facilities, tools, or time for extensive rebuilding. However, I often do a refurbishing job on an older upright that is worth the time and money. This usually involves an extensive cleaning, checking the functioning of all parts replacing those that need it, and a complete regulation. It is often quite amazing what this can do for an old upright.
